Good Natured. A film series about nature using poetry, poetic essays and projection art. Immersive 2-and-3D public art exhibitions are projected on buildings, objects and in “pop-up” gallery installations. These displays often lead to discussion about our connection with nature through responsible conservation and stewardship.

The Good Natured Project

Good Natured is a public engagement art project addressing climate concerns using large scale multi-media effects; photography, graphic design and audio-video through 2-and-3-D projection mapping. Projection mapping is a technique using projectors to project media onto city buildings and other objects for a dynamic visual display at night. The project also includes "pop-up" audio-visual presentations and performances in gallery spaces. The purpose of projection mapping is to provide a larger-than-life, engaging and multi-dimensional experience in unique surroundings. The timing of the Good Natured project dovetails with a 2018 study that showed over “90% of SWFL residents feel a responsibility to create a safe and healthy climate for their families and grandchildren,” according to nonprofit organization, Growing Climate Solutions.

The Good Natured project includes audio/video art and animations using poetry and poetic essays to address climate concerns. In a few short minutes of walking through downtown areas, the public is often surprised and mesmerized by these visual exhibitions and installations.

This public arts project is produced by award-winning artist/filmmaker, Lori H. Ersolmaz, featuring narration by Susan L. Parker ~ “Your International Voice", in collaboration with for-profit, non-profit organizations and environmental stakeholders in Florida.
